Booking Terms and Conditions - Infinity Airline Training 1. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of booking - We accept payment via debit/credit card or bank transfer - Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received 2. Cancellation Policy - All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed - We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or cannot attend your session - Please ensure you can attend your chosen date and time before booking 3. Rescheduling - While we will endeavour to accommodate requests for date or time changes, these cannot be guaranteed - Any rescheduling is subject to simulator and instructor availability - We strongly recommend selecting a date and time you are certain you can attend 4. Booking Confirmation - Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email - Please review all details carefully upon receipt - Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect 5. Arrival - Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time - Late arrivals may result in reduced session time - Location: Coventry Airport 6. Special Circumstances - In exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues or instructor illness), Infinity Airline Training reserves the right to reschedule your session - In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative dates and times 7.
